Tuition Reimbursement and Discounts
Sunstates offers a program to help employees develop their skills and advance their careers. We encourage everyone on our team to take advantage of the tuition reimbursement and discounts to support their career growth.
Tuition Reimbursement
All full-time Sunstates employees with at least six months of service are eligible to receive up to $1,000 per calendar year towards their education. The program provides tuition assistance for courses offered by approved educational institutions that are directly or reasonably related to your present job.
To qualify, you must submit a tuition reimbursement form to your supervisor before the scheduled commencement of your course(s).
Tuition Discounts
Sunstates has also partnered with the following universities to provide tuition discounts for online and classroom teaching: up to 10% at the University of Mount Olive and up to 20% at Nova Southeastern University.
