Sunstates Welcomes Shelby Brown
as Quality Assurance Specialist
Shelby Brown became a member of the Quality Assurance team at the corporate office in September of 2021. She joins with a plethora of experience from different business markets. Her strong work ethic, attention to detail and dependability made her an excellent fit for the new role.
Shelby’s Background
Before working at Sunstates, she held a similar role as a Quality Assurance Specialist for a state-run department for over two years. She identified errors and provided resolutions, trained new hires, processed refund requests and more. Prior to that position, she was a Title Clerk/Accounting for an auto dealership for three years. Shelby’s responsibilities included proofing and processing many documents, managing vendors in the company system, and handling the billing of wholesale purchases and payoff checks.

These roles enhanced her computer skills, customer service skills and team-leading abilities. Shelby will be a great addition to the growing corporate team at Sunstates Security.
