Sierra Bellamy Joins the Human Resources Team

as the HR Manager

 

 

The Sunstates Human Resources team is excited to announce the addition of Sierra Bellamy as the company’s new Human Resources Manager.  Initially joining the company as a Supervisor in 2018, she held a few other titles before becoming the Savannah Regional Support Manager.  Sierra proved her capabilities working with a rapidly expanding team to coordinate employee onboarding and training, ensure licensing compliance, assist with payroll and other human resources administration duties. Sierra’s proven ability to successfully multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting all deadlines and goals made her an ideal candidate for her current role, to which she was promoted in July 2021.       

HR Manager Role

As the Human Resources Manager, Sierra will assist employees with company policy and procedure questions, handle employee relation issues, and aid in onboarding corporate and regional staff.  Additionally, she will oversee benefits administration, review disciplinary actions and unemployment claims.  When needed, Sierra will travel to provide operational and management support to regions.  She will work closely with all those in the Human Resources Department, including the HR Coordinator, who reports directly to her.        

Sierra’s Background

Sierra graduated with an Intelligence and National Security – Bachelor of Arts degree from Coastal Carolina University.  She is a certified First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor and a Georgia Notary.  With over eight years in a management role, Sierra will continue to succeed and develop her strengths as a member of the Sunstates Corporate HR team.
