Juan Isales- Regional Manager New York

Sunstates Security is excited to have Juan Isales as an addition to our team.  Juan joins Sunstates Security as the Regional Manager in the New York territory bringing over 25 years of security industry knowledge.  Starting his career as an officer he worked his way up to the Branch Manager, holding that position for 13 years.  Juan oversaw almost 600 employees, was responsible for $11 million in annual revenue, and received the Nationwide Branch Manager of the year award for exceptional service. He obtained years of experience from this position that benefited his later ventures.

Following, Juan continued providing security services to prestigious clients within the NY market while working at a security firm as the Service Manager.  There he supervised all Security Professionals, Site Supervisors, Fire Safety Directors, Directors of Security, Operations Staff, and far more.  He later accepted an opportunity with a separate corporation as the Regional Manager.   During this position, Juan controlled the largest region with 2,500 employees and $72 million in annual revenue.  He managed 55,500 weekly hours from 237 clients while still growing the market.

Juan graduated with a degree in Management from Iona College.  He is thrilled to bring his professional, organizational, and multitasking skills to Sunstates Security.  Juan states he is self-motivated and takes pride in performing job duties correctly.  His devotion to contributing a positive employee experience to successfully build a strong client partnership is evident.  Delivering leadership for the operational management staff and executing improvement strategies for quality service for all employees and clients that promotes an excellent culture in the security industry.
