Regional Manager Bryan Alonzo

 

Sunstates Security is pleased to spotlight Regional Manager Bryan Alonzo. Bryan joined Sunstates as Regional Manager and oversees operations in Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri. Bryan has over a decade of experience in the contract security industry and is playing a key role in our expansion in the Kansas City market. Bryan’s security career began while he was pursuing his master’s degree in Justice Management. He accepted his first job as a security officer working for a large retail client in Kansas. Through hard work and dedication, Bryan was consistently promoted through the ranks of Site Supervisor to Director of Human Resources and Training, then on up to Director of Security.

His unique position of having held numerous positions within the industry gives him an excellent perspective on what is important to both our employees and clients. He has extensive experience serving as the liaison for clients, creating and implementing specialized training programs, and ensuring client satisfaction. His experience and passion for motivating his people have made him a tremendous asset to the Sunstates team.
