Shaun Root Regional Manager Spotlight

 

Sunstates Security is pleased to present a spotlight on Shaun Root. Shaun joined Sunstates as Regional Manager overseeing operations in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming. Shaun has 19 years of experience in the contract security industry and is playing a key role in our expansion in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain markets.

Shaun’s success story started after completing his degree in Criminal Justice and Business at the University of Cincinnati. He accepted his first full-time job as a security officer working for a large corporation’s headquarters in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Through hard work and dedication, Shaun was consistently promoted through the ranks to his current position. He has gained unique perspectives having held numerous positions within the industry, which gives him an excellent outlook on what is important to both our employees and clients. He has also had the opportunity to work with various vertical markets and understands the importance of customizing each program to fit the needs of the individual client. This perfect blend of industry expertise and passion for employee training and mentoring is the foundation for our success in these regions.
