Regional Director Joel Forbes states:
“Jay joined the Sunstates team in October 2019 and immediately proved that he was the perfect fit. His servant leadership, ethical approach to the business, and never-give-up attitude are all qualities that Sunstates values and nurtures in our leaders. Being the first Sunstates management personnel in San Antonio/Central Texas meant that there were high expectations for Jay as well as great responsibility. He embraced these challenges and thrived within the market. It has doubled in size in just over a year under his leadership and poised for even greater growth. If there was one quality in Jay, beside his kind heart, that his management team appreciates the most, is that when he says “it’ll get done” he always does, and it gets done with quality while all the while exemplifying Sunstates’ core values of Honesty, Integrity, and Trust. We could not be more proud to have Jay as part of the Sunstates family, and we look forward to many more years of his growth within the company.”
