Sunstates Security Promotes Ehab Najar
To Operations Manager/SMARRT Manager
As Operations Manager, Ehab is responsible for overseeing Sunstates’ patrol operations in eastern NC. Since joining the company in 2017, he has been an excellent resource for our Raleigh region.
His recent promotion to Operations Manager requires regular communication with all clients and officers, creating and managing schedules to ensure coverage of all scheduled and unexpected patrols. Additionally, he verifies and submits officer reports and payroll, prepares Standard Operating Procedures for each client location and creates tools and processes to improve officer efficiency and safety.
Ehab is also responsible for guiding the patrol division’s growth by providing a high level of customer service to existing clients and pursuing additional patrol business opportunities that arise.
“Ehab consistently goes out of his way to make sure that his clients and officers feel supported. Ehab builds positive relationships with clients and officers, which allows him to run many unique details, often with short notice efficiently. Ehab has a positive attitude that increases morale in the workplace and is an asset to the Raleigh Region. It has been a pleasure to work with Ehab and see him grow during his time with Sunstates Security.”

SMARRT Manager
As the SMARRT Manager, Ehab is always be prepared for extreme situations. The Sunstates Mutual Aid Rapid Response Team was established in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina when both our staff and clients in the southeast region were majorly impacted by the storm. Sunstates can deploy dozens of security professionals within 12-24 hours anywhere in the US. Upon the initial requests for aid, managers and the SMARRT members will begin analyzing travel options, calling on officers to respond, and working with the client to identify personnel and equipment needs, risks to the assets and people, and contingency plans.
