Devin Dixon JOINS THE SUNSTATES TEAM

as Regional Manager for California and Nevada

 

 

Joining Sunstates Security in 2022 as the Regional Manager for California and Nevada, Devin brings over 15 years of industry and management experience. Prior to joining Sunstates, Devin worked with a national logistics provider in a series of roles with escalating management responsibilities. Beginning as a Facilities Manager, he gained a great deal of experience in supply chain solutions, to include transportation logistics, warehousing, and distribution services. He built upon his experience to advance to Distribution Transportation Manager and then Distribution Officer manager, a role in which he had oversight of an internally allocated direct cost center involving 22 direct associates with payroll and equipment depreciation. After less than a year in this role, he moved on to become a Distribution Operations Manager, responsible for seven depot sites and over 60 employees. In his final position before joining Sunstates, he served as the Corporate Security Manager, combing his knowledge of logistics management with security best practices to ensure a safe and compliant operating environment.

In addition to having in-depth logistics and security experience, Devin has highly developed skills in budgetary management, the development and implementation of service metrics, and proven problem-solving capabilities.  As a Sunstates Regional Manager, Devin will use these skills to grow and manage an operations team.  Additionally, he is responsible for a portfolio of clients and will be engaged in their operations and site requirements.  

Devin’s organizational, leadership, and time management skills, combined with his strong background knowledge of logistics and security provide him with an excellent skill set with which to effectively serve the clients and employees of the California and Nevada region.
