Anitra Prempeh Announced as Regional Manager

for the Mid-Atlantic Region

 

Joining the Sunstates Security team in 2019, Anitra has over 18 years of contract security experience. Initially fulfilling the role of Operations Manager, she was promoted to Senior Operations Manager in early 2021. Her proven management capabilities combined with rapid new business expansion within the Mid-Atlantic region presented the opportunity for further internal growth. As a result, in September 2021 she was promoted to Regional Manager. In her current role, she manages a large operations team and is responsible for a portfolio of clients spanning the Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets.

Anitra’s Background

Beginning her career as a dispatch security officer with a national security provider, Anitra quickly rose through the management ranks, serving as a Site Supervisor for two years prior to being promoted to Operations Manager. With a strong focus on account and relationship development as well as exceptional attention to detail, Anitra is very successful with her hands-on management approach, maintaining open lines of communication with her officers and clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting budgetary goals, and ensuring contractual compliance. A strong quality-assurance advocate, Anitra consistently looks for opportunities for improvement and drives initiatives to implement new programs and technology. As a certified First Aid/CPR/AED trainer, she serves as a value-added resource for accounts requiring CPR-certified officers.

 

Anitra’s strong project management skills, communications capabilities, and specialized knowledge base combined with her many years of successful industry experience make her an exceptionally strong manager and valued member of the Sunstates Mid-Atlantic management team.
