Houston Regional Manager

 

Joining the Sunstates Security team in 2022, Andrea comes from a diverse professional background that includes not only security but also healthcare and fiber optic services. Beginning her career as a nurse, she evolved to medical office management, a role in which she not only dealt directly with clients but also managed the back-office functions, staffing, and insurance filings. After 15 years in this field, she shifted her focus and utilized her strong customer service, management, and multi-tasking skills to become a Sales / Operations Manager for a regional contract security provider. She excelled in this challenging position with combined responsibility for operations management, business development, marketing, contract negotiation, and client relations.

In 2019 she became the managing partner of a Fiber Optic Splicing and Maintenance Response company, another multi-faceted role involving management of staff, finances, travel, business development, and contracts/client relations. Andrea’s adaptability and strong multi-tasking capabilities, combined with her security, management, and customer service experience, provide her with a strong skill set to excel as Regional Manager serving the Houston, TX and Louisiana markets.
