as Business Development Director

 

Bobby joined Sunstates Security as a Business Development Director in April 2021, bringing with him 12+ years of combined military and private sector security experience. Operating out of the Southwest Region, Bobby will be targeting business development opportunities in the North and Northwestern part of Texas as well as AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV.

 

Beginning his career in the United States Navy, Bobby held multiple positions of escalating responsibility to include Plane Handler, Flight Deck Aircraft Director, and Lead Training Petty Officer. During his term in the military, he developed strong project management, collaboration, emergency response and leadership skills, and gained experience in areas of policy development, training and quality assurance. Following his military service, Bobby utilized his skills and experience to transition to the private sector with a regional contract security provider, where he began as a Business Development Manager and was promoted to Director and ultimately Vice President of Business Development. During his tenure with this organization, he achieved impressive milestones to include the development of a full business development team, significant expansion of the client base, and exponential revenue growth. 

 

Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing and is certified as both a Department of Labor and Shipboard Aircraft Fire Fighter. He holds an active Secret Service Clearance and is the recipient of multiple military service awards. The combination of his knowledge-based combined with his business development and project management experience provide him with an ideal foundation from which to expand the Sunstates Security geographic footprint.
