Sunstates Security is excited to offer our hard-working officers an efficient and cost-effective healthcare program.

A new benefit for officers in 2024 is Galileo Virtual Health Care for all employees enrolled in a medical plan through ACS. This provides access to virtual care that is affordable and accessible with NO COPAYS. All officers have 24-hour access to full-time primary care providers and board-certified specialists covering 20+ specialties. Concierge advocates are available to assist in navigating conditions and care coordination. Additionally, they provide the opportunity to speak with a licensed physician on the phone and, if appropriate, get a prescription.

Galileo states: Our team-based approach allows multiple clinicians, including specialists, to collaborate around a patient’s needs in real-time. An “intelligent intake” system captures vital context and background information that is reviewed by expert providers and peer specialists for a built-in second opinion, with every case receiving a thorough and personalized care plan. Our Care Navigators handle referrals to brick-and-mortar specialists or diagnostics as needed, as well as medical record exchange, and even billing issues, for a coordinated care experience.
