Sunstates Security Named Top Workplace Tennessee 2023

 

Congratulations to the Nashville region on winning the Top Workplace 2023 award from the Tennessean! The Top Workplaces award is based on employee feedback and the results are captured by a third party. Accepting this award proves Sunstates Security values our employees and gives them the support needed to succeed.

 

Top Workplace Tennessee 2023 Criteria

All Top Workplaces awards are based solely on employee feedback. There are no subjective elements to the process, making Top Workplaces a credible, authentic employer recognition program.

Winners are determined by quantitative employee feedback, as well as the statements and demographic information that are collected within the survey. Top Workplace has collected data from more than 23 million surveys at over 70,000 organizations. In the middle Tennessee area, Over 2,000 companies were nominated, and 117 were awarded based on the criteria.

The survey had over 30 questions and measured items such as

• Employee engagement: motivation, loyalty, referral
• Leadership: confidence in the company leader
• Fairly valued: pay, benefits, training, expectations, work-life flexibility

 

Sunstates Security Top Workplace

Sunstates Security had 47% of our team in the Nashville region complete the survey. And due to the responses, we were awarded as one of the top workplaces. Our employees left 179 comments for our management team to review and learn from.

On June 21, 2023, the Sunstates team attended the Top Workplace celebration in downtown Nashville and accepted the plaque. Regional Manager Vincent Gaetano states, “Receiving this award really is a team effort. We have a great group of individuals in our region, and to each officer, supervisor, operations manager, and everyone in between- thank you. I appreciate your dedication daily, for always going above and beyond, and for being a team player. Without every one of you, this region would not be as successful as it is, and this award is a testament to our hard work.”
